You three favorite comics of all time?

(this place is dead lately and alot of blahs are going around...so, yeah...blow me if you think this thread is gay.)

anyhoo...for me:

George Carlin - for looking at things the way he does - for slamming religion and golf as righteously as he does...If he ran for president, I'd vote for him.

Brian Regan - so clean and anyone can relate to him. I look forward to sharing him with my kids in the future.

Norton - no one ever spoke about the things he does speak about, as inappropriate as he isat times and still get the laughs...that sick, morbid bastard.

Honorable mentions:

Richard Pryor
Eddie Murphy
Dane Cook
Bill Hicks
many others that I just can't think of right now...

Dave Chapelle - He calls out everyones bullshit.

Eddie Murphy - Delirious and Raw were instrumental in my growing up.

Robin Harris
Martin Lawerence
Eddie Griffith
George Carlin
Sam Kinison
Cheech and Chong
Denis Leary
George Lopez
The Unknown Comic
And a comedian named Bob something, he does a bunch of impressions, he does a whole football team with balloons in his shirt. "Im Pepe Luepe, I kick de ball...."

That's Bob Nelson. He's been doing pretty much the same routine for his entire career, but it still makes me laugh. Last time I saw him at Governor's, he had become a born-again Christian and cleaned up his routine.

The gorilla impression is priceless. I do that one down the hallways in my work.
Carlin, but he's gotten very bitter over the years.
Kinison, cut down in his prime.
Then it would be a toss up between Breuer, Eddie Murphy, and BIll Cosby.
Regan is up there and I actually have yet to see Norton so I can't make a judgement on him.
