Looks like the government decided to actually do something for us for a change.
Whether or not this works remains to be seen, but at least it's a start.

So now there's a national list for these bastards to totally ignore?
But you will STILL get the damn "Hi, I'm from MCI..." calls.

I had a list of things you could say to telemarketers to really fuck with their day, but I lost it. Damn my keyboard.
One of them was act like you've known them for years and ask how the family is doing and stuff like that. Or ask them what they're wearing in a really seductive tone. Or ask them if they'll be your friend. Usually that's enough to make them hang up and regret ever calling you.
