This just gets worse and worse by the day. I thought it was a stupid move when they gave Brock Lesnar the belt so soon, but looking back at least it took 4-6 months before they did it. Now all you have to do is show up and are automatically a candidate for a title.
On RAW, La Resistance won the tag team belts in what I believe was only their 3rd tag match on TV. Yup, glad to see they had to work at achieving that one.
Now tonight this chick Gail Kim shows up and fucking wins a Battle Royal for the Women's belt in only her 1st match. I bet the actual women wrestlers who have busted their asses for years just love models coming in and taking their spotlight.
Next thing we know after Zack Gowen wins his contract, he'll probably be thrown into that U.S. Title tournament on Smackdown and wind up winning that.
What the fuck is this shit?!?! Do they think this is the way to keep fans with this bullshit booking or has it actually come to the point that they just don't care anymore since they are the only big name going today?

I think it came to that point a while ago when Vince bought WCW.
NOTE: I havent watched wrestling since last August. I know it is the WWE but I still refer to it as WWF because it was when Vince pussied out to those panda loving faggots that I really lost my love for wrestling. Im also not sure if all those women wrestlers are still around now but ill stick by what I said anyway.

REAL wrestlers.

Not to quibble too much (especially since I refuse to watch Raw anymore), but two things:
1) Gail Kim
is a trained wrestler, although, like Trish Stratus, she took the fitness model bypass to get to that point. Also, like Trish, she does bust her ass in the ring, unlike another model-turned-wrestler who keeps getting shoved down our throats on Smackdown.
2) It's too obvious that Jazz as champ did little to nothing for the women's division, so WWe seems to think putting the belt on a new face might help rejuvenate things. While I am a fan of Kim's, it's definately not doing her or the division a service to have her win the belt in that fashion. (And as a side note, what the hell happened to Ivory's huge push over the past several weeks? From what I read, she went from top contender to first eliminated in under a minute.)

Okay, I'll give ya that. Same thing with Victoria, but the fact is they are still models first and the real women wrestlers are being overshadowed by them. You also mentioned Ivory. Imagine how that must feel during those tag matches the past 2-3 weeks when she got the pinfall over Jazz, but they play Trish's music. Talk about insulting.

Calling Lita a "REAL wrestler" doesn't exactly help your case. Lita has 2 moves, and nothing else.
BUUUUT Lita HAS paid her dues by being on the independent circuit and working her way up the ranks.

To be honest, originally I didn't include her, but after thinking about it at least she did come in as a wrestler and paid her dues. She wasn't handed stardom because she's a model that just decided she wanted to wrestle. She wrestled on the independent scene, in Mexico, and in ECW before being signed by the WWE.
Fine though, you say she only has two moves. Maybe so, but show me another North American woman wrestler that has the balls to pull off a Moonsault. All these other women have pussy finishers (i.e. DDT, Kick to the head, Bulldog, etc.)
