Oh, I agree it would bring more members. All I was saying is over time, we didn't need that anymore. We became a community, almost like a family even.
As for on air mentions, I'll let ya in on a little secret. Once the boys got syndicated, they didn't give a shit about us. They acted like we were their best friends, but as soon as they got what they wanted, they realized they didn't need us to spread the word about them and pretty much tossed us aside. Don't believe me? Look back to see how much Anthony posted pre-syndication vs post-syndication and don't say he was busy after they got their deal. That's just a cop out.
i knew all that moosen. you could tell just how different they acted. the show changed so much and it wasnt just a bunch of people hanging out anymore. sometimes theyd go old school, but it was rare. when they get going again they will need us whether they like it or not.
and even in the beginning i felt as if we were all a family...one of my favorite threads that i started was when i started a thread about how we were all a family even if some people didnt realize and everyone replied saying how much meeting the people on the board has changed them...and its so true even though you may not see it in yourself im sure others do.
Oh, he posted, but it was all "you guys are assholes" because we poked fun at his cunt girlfriend's past sexual escapades that we weren't supposed to remember, even though they happened on live radio, because she wanted to rewrite the past.
