There have been rumors and actual "fact" flying around that Hogan is truly done with the company for good this time. Now, we've heard this a million times before with him, so it makes it a little hard to actually believe it. Kinda like the story of the little boy who cried wolf.

What's your take on it all? Do you think the Big Orange One is serious and finally gone, or is it another lame work by Vince, Hogan & the WWE?

I, for one think it's fake for two reasons. The first, like I said earlier, he's pulled this stunt numerous times and even went so far as to publicly "retire" on national TV. The Jay Leno show to be exact.
My second reasoning is this. When a wrestler is fired or quits the company, their bio is immediately taken off the WWE site, but if you look under the Smackdown section both Hulk Hogan and Mr. America's bios still exist. Jeff Hardy's was gone fast, Crash Holly's was gone fast, they couldn't pull Roddy Piper's fast enough. Hogan's though remains.

So, what do you think?

Oh Hogan is definetly gone, no question.


As for Mr America, Im sure he'll be around for a long, long time.

Not only that, but WWe usually puts a prepared statement on their site stating "So-and-so and WWE have parted ways" or something to that effect. They did one for Crash (whose firing was reported on several sites just hours after Hogan's "departure"), and the statement about PIper's firing is still up there, but there's no statement regarding the Hulkster. It'd be nice to think that he's gone, but I'm too cynical to believe it.

IF THERE REALLY IS A GOD, HE WON'T BE BACK EVER AGAIN, but unfortunatly, i think it's just a work. Not like the time Vince RUSSO verbally tore him a new asshole during a WCW pay per view. I look for him to come back in a few months.

Hmmmm, look. Both Hogan and Mr. America's bios are STILL on the Smackdown section at WWE.com.

Yeah, sure, I believe he's gone.

Nah, it's not a work. He's gone for now, but he'll be back as soon as Vince agrees to pay him the $$$ he thinks he deserves.
