I don't see anything wrong with that law. Maybe it'll teach these damn kids to pull up their pants. I swear, every time I see a kid wearing pants 87 sizes too big with his boxers hanging out of the top, I want to run up behind him and pull his pants down. And the girls who wear their pants low with the thong pulled way up...yes, we KNOW you wear underwear. Same with having bra straps hang out. When I was that age, you would be mortified if your bra straps were showing.

There's a difference between it sticking out accidentally and the girls who PLAN their outfits so that their bra straps show.
