unfortunately, i am now behind in getting the apartment ready for the landlord to do a walk-thru tomorrow (he's raising rent slightly and assessing overall condition) b/c i spent part of tonight trying to help someone, and got a cold shoulder and flakiness instead. arggggggg...it takes alot to piss me off...but that did it for me.
