There in lies the problem, the world is jealous of the wealth and prosperity America has. Its like when you were in school, everyone secretly hated the big man on campus, and everyone loved to see him fall on his face. He had those that kiss his ass to his face and secretly wished his downfall and those that openly hated him. My point here, no idea, move along people.
