I can understand the theory -- if not the number. Caffeine raises your blood pressure. It gives you a lift. So if your blood pressure is raised and you're hyper, couldn't a regular non-stressful activity have the possibility of stressing you out?

I notice since I stopped drinking coffee/tea, I'm less tense...not that I was ever a Type A personality, but I'm mellower now.
