administration: administrating, not moderating

mods: moderating, not administrating.

mods: facilitate the posting process.

admin: facilitate the site itself. they shouldn't be moderating either.

bending that kind of smells of hierarchy. hierarchy is about control. control is about something other than a messageboard for people to enjoy.
