Of course not. But at some point, you have to take certain things to be true, especially when there is ZERO evidence refuting it. Please understand that point - there is not one scintilla of evidence to refute our claim that we got him. We have eyewitness claims of his capture.
Distrust of the government is a good thing, but I don't think that ideal is predicated upon not believing a thing it says.

I not only have the eyewitness acounts of a 2 star general and various soldiers that actually caught him, I also have actually Iraqis that corraborate the story. I think that trumps the Kurdish dude in Iran and the unnamed sources that you tend to believe.
There was an earthquake in California yesterday. I'll bet you didn't feel it, or see it or speak to anyone that went through it, yet you believe it to be so based on credible sources of information. Again, I think the willingness to believe anything anti-Bush may be clouding your judgement here.
