Anyone ever taken one? I need to find one for this DUI i received last year. I blew a .07, don't ask me how that turns in a DUI, but a lawyer would have cost more than just paying the fine and class.

Fine and class?
If you can't beat a dui here, you lose your license for one year. Upon just blowing over, you lose your license for 90 days.
The fines are non-negotiable. But a good lawyer, who starts at about $3500, can bring those down.
So I've heard.

i was driving pretty intoxicated thanksgiving eve. got stopped at a dui checkpoint at city line, was asked if i had been drinking, said i had a couple...and was free to let go..no breathalizer no nothin'.

the national institute for highway safety has one. I took it for a no seatbelt ticket a few yrs back. Try that and see what happens.
