Paul Harvey is a well known and respected broadcaster who has the best fucking gig on radio.
He does a couple of 15 minute spots (maybe some other stuff too) and makes uber loot.
He's been around for a long time and you can hear him locally on WABC talk radio.

Mel was a devout catholic and strayed. He got back into it some years ago and follows the same ultra conservative teachings esposused by his father. Pretty much any changes made by the Church in 1964 or 54 under Vatican 2 are not followed. They still say mass in Latin etc. The guy made the movie as a profession of his faith and to show people the story as he interpreted it, of Christ. And I still haven't seen the fuckin movie yet.

Here's a true story -
An actor had a scheduled audition for a local film being made. The night before the audition, the actor got involved in a bar brawl, and because of his bruised and bloodied face, he decided not to go to the audition. His friends and family, however, urged him to go, and he finally went just to shuut them up. He ended up getting the part due to his face - the director was looking for a tough motherfucker. The actor - good old Mel. The move - The Road Warrior.
