all I remember is when I was forced to watch a split screen of the Knicks/Rockets final on one side of the screen and the OJ chase on the other side of the screen.

oh, and also Marcia Clarks mid-trial makeover that transformed her from "awful" to "questionably bangable (after a few beers)"

and of course all of the Cochran semantics and such...Ito...Darden, the whole gang!

Ah, if only they made that into a sitcom.

I was in 5th grade. My homeroom teacher brought a TV into his room and during recess a bunch of people went in to watch it.

But ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, I have one final thing I want you to consider. This is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk, but Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor. Now, think about that. That does not make sense! Why would a Wookiee - an eight foot tall Wookiee - want to live on Endor with a bunch of two foot tall Ewoks? That does not make sense!

What does that have to do with this case? Nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, it has nothing to do with this case! It does not make sense!

Look at me, I'm a lawyer defending a major record company, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca. Does that make sense? Ladies and gentlemen, I am not making any sense. None of this makes sense.

And so you have to remember, when you're in that jury room deliberating and conjugating the Emancipation Proclamation... does it make sense? No! Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, it does not make sense.

None of this makes sense.

If Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit! The defense rests.

I remember the famous Bronco chase interrupted a Knick playoff game.

That wasn't ten years ago.

I remember , I was at an 8th grade graduation party, in the basement of this kid who lived in the rich section of the island. It was all dark, and he had a dj for the thirty of us, as well as a pool table. All the girls were huddled near the dj, while all the guys gradually congregated around a tv in the corner, while the party's host was trying to turn it off and have people do the limbo.

This was a period of my life where I had not discovered the joy of watching pro basketball. In fact, a year later, I began my love affair with the New York Knicks. I was missing out on seeing my future love in the NBA Finals, with a lead.

At some point, I glimpsed over, and they showed a white bronco running down a highway. It then switched back to the game. Back and forth. It was OJ, and he was on the run. We spent the rest of the party looking at a white bronco.

I had no girlfriend at the time who could go and suck off someone else, so that was good.

That must also have been the day that they taught math at your school.
