ANY photos of kids shouldn't be taken without the consent of parents. With the internet the way it is today and so many freaks out there, you never know where it's gonna end up. If a stranger takes a snapshot of my kids without my permission, I'm gonna question them, if not beat the fucking crap out of them for it.
The one bright point of the whole story is that it was the daughter of a hell's angels. They beat the fucksnot out of him and held him down for the cops to show up. I'm surprised he's still breathing.

I'm sorry hunny but you don't take ART photos backstage at Jones Beach in a secluded area. Misunderstanding or not, the guy is now gonna be tarnished forever, except by his fans, who will probably be too fuckn stoned to remember the incident in a few weeks.
