Actually London is really cool. I went there in 93. I didn't have to pay for hotels or anything cause I was staying with friends. The biggest drawback to it is there is a law that requires all bars shut down at 11pm. Not sure if it is still in force though. You have the nightclubs which close at 1. There's a lot to see in and around and outside of London. I had a blast. I really wanna go back to go check out Stonehenge.

go to aruba, i used to go there every christmas as a kid. the weather is perfect. the water is great for scuba or other water sports. you can find jewlery pretty cheap, like gold and emeralds. and you can gamble. fights there aren't too expensive and hotels are reasonable if you make reservations far enough in advance.

I loved London but it is way over priced. I couldn't stay more than 3 days. Maybe do a Club Med type thing, they usually have a lot of activities so you won't get bored.

i dont' think this is the best time of year to go to london, if your trying to get away from this weather, why go to another city with the same weather
