I know but ending my sentence with "eh" could have resulted in it being misenterpreted. But I forgive GIP for his obvious kissing up to his future brother in law.

because we americans sometimes use "eh" to end a sentence for emphasis, not annoyingly with every sentence like you canucks. So I wanted to make sure I got across the fact that I was mocking you.
