I'll be the first to say I don't care for Hooters.
And as for the flies...dustpan and a brush thingy will do ya fine. Then dump the fuckers in the trash. Problem Solved

While cleaning the windows I opt to spray the flies with windex then I use a paper towel to wipe them up. The moist paper towel makes the flies stick resulting in an easier more effective cleanup.
