I'm most curious about how they are getting paid.
I would imagine it's not just a straight salary. Obviously, they'll get some portion of the money for people who subscribe to the premium station, but I would also imagine that for new users of XM they'll get a piece, and new users who also sign up for the OA premium content, they'll get a BIG piece.
As a businessguy, I'd really like to see how their incentive package is structured.
