I actually got a pretty good recreation of the crime scene hypothesis from my father, who at the time, was closing in on his retirement after 30 yrs with NYPD, nearly 10 in the detective bureau.(RIP Dad)
OJ hopped the wall and waited in the bushes. When Nicole came to the door, he jumped out, stabbed Goldman, then killed Nicole. After disposing of her and cutting his finger in the process, he finished off Goldman and left all the evidence behind.
The drug dealer conspiracy is the only one I ever heard of, she was whacked over sour dealings and Goldman was killed to eliminate witnesses.
