Please dont tell me you live in a neighborhood that restricts what color you can paint your fence, and the exact minute you need to have your garbage cans out at the curb, ruled over by a Home Owner's Association?

Furthermore, why the fuck does one need a siren to tell them when it's sundown? Technically, the guy ringing the siren is doing a job when the alarm sounds....so he's going to hell.
