Actually, this brings up an interesting tangent.

What are we to do with the word "Spike"? (there, I said it). I mean, we can't <i>spike</i> our drinks anymore?

And what if I decided to <i>slip someone a mickey</i>? Does this mean that I could be sued by Mickey Mouse, Mickey Rooney, Mickey Rivers, or Mickey Mantle's family?

Can someone kindly tell me what term I should now use the next time I feel like planting foreign substances in someone else's liquid refreshments?
