That's rather subjective. Who's to say when they are ready to settle? Or not?

Of course it's subjective. I'm speaking from my experience. Looking back and seeing where I was at 23 vs. now, looking at the kind of guy I dated then vs. who I'd date now etc. I'm not saying it can't work, just saying that in my opinion, odds are more in favor of waiting until you're a little older. Of course, there are exceptions and not everyone is like me, but I only have my experiences and experiences of my peers to draw from in order to make an argument that I believe in.

Also subjective. Depends. I don't disagree.

Point is, if they think it deserves a chance, that's the route to go.

Then why did they even question it if they believed in it so much?
