Ahhhh, true, but a PC is not as portable as a console, if Im headed out on vacation, I can bring my PS2 for those rainy days when theres nothing to do at the shore. Plus a console doesnt have HALF the problems a pc has, not the crashing, the chance of getting a virus, no locking up. Ill keep my pc for the internet, work, and other things. Remember, most laptops these days have faster procsessors than any console, better graphics and audio cards, and USB ports for controllers, and can do everything that a PC can do that I listed above. In many respects, some versions of today's laptops can be replacements for the ol' desktop.

EDIT: A console <b>doesn't lock up</b>, or experience slowdowns? Since when? Isn't there a reason why they all have reset buttons located on their sides? I certainly recall using those on my Genesis or NES back in the days.

As for getting a virus, it will become more and more possible as consoles move to constant online broadband connections. You think it's easy to hack into a PC? Imagine the feeble defenses a console will offer.
