But I think one of the most lasting images in recent baseball history is when all the players got to surround Ted Williams on the field at Fenway at the All-Star Game back in 1999.
And I was thinking it would be a damn shame if Rose died, was placed in posthumously, and didn't have the same opportunity to participate in a moment like that.
