May he/she wake up tomorrow morning with a nasty rash on their face and an itching case of crotchrot. May her/his genitals get so severely infected that they leave leak marks through the crotch on every pair of pants and/or drip down their legs, then fall right the fuck off. And they trip on it, and bust their nose, and split their lip, and need stitches, and get stiched with a dirty Aids infested needle and die a brutally painful death.
