Bush says forests need to be thinned
#21
one of the richest soil deposits for vegetation growth today is the area around mount saint helen. The volcanic ash and the burnt down trees puts a vital mineral into the earth to promote growth - CARBON. Also other minerals but it's the primary reason why Hawaii has such lush vegetation. It's built on smoldering ash.

And as for the tools that complain that their homes are being burnt down, it's one of the consequences of living where you do. They have to accept that as part of the cost of living there. It's no different than someone living in NYC and dealing with traffic and crime or someone who lives in Brownsville or bedstuy who deals with drive by shootings and violence. It's part of the environmental hazards of living where you do. Don't like it? Move the fuck out!

and as sign of protest today, I'm gonna make 4000 copies of a picture of my ass and hand it out in times square. Fuck the tree huggers.
