I'm sure, if there was a non-compete, the contract would be worded as "any broadcasting competitor". Since XM, no matter how small of a threat they are, is a competitor - if there WAS a non-comp, it'd kick in.
But this is null. Opie said a few weeks ago (being 2 months after the two year anniversary of the new deal) that they'd be back on the air within 10 months, [bold]worst case.[/bold]
Opie's no slouch. He'd know the contract, and he'd know if there was a non-comp or not.
