Excuse me, but doesn't the cover of the GTA box have a \"M\" rating on it, clearly announcing it is <b>not</b> designed for children? So naturally, it can't be the parents' fault, since they believed their kids were mature enough to play an adult game. In which case, they were putting too much faith in them.
