Why the fuck can't the TBTA or MTA or whoever runs the Whitestone and Throggs' Neck bridges do this fucking construction at NIGHT??!!!?!? Why is it that I have to wait 45 minutes to get over the God damn bridge in the middle of the day?? Wasn't there some bill passed by the Governor a few years back that mandated construction be done at night as so not to screw up certain areas?? What the fuck happened here??
