Since I found out about my diabetes I'm on a normal rotation of Whole Wheat Waffles with diet syrup, Mushroom and Cheddar omelet wrap, Corn Flakes with a banana and skim milk, or straight up oatmeal.

Although, my blood sugar has been decent the last couple of days so I "splurged" on a whole wheat bagel with low fat vegetable cream cheese.
