Listen honey. You are 100% wrong. Without even looking at the law, I know that there is no 6 month common law statute. It makes no fucking sense, for the reason that I mentioned. The whole point of common law is that you've made a commitment but tried to skirt marriage. 6 months doesn't do that. Hell that's one fucking lease. Think for a second.

Apparently you had an issue with this. But it wasn't common law. You unfortunately went through this thing, but don't even understand why. I can only be sure of this because I am bright while you are a moron.

I even included the links so you can check on them yourself. Both links were very clear. Most provinces are roughly 2 years, there is no "Canada" Law. Ontario happens to be 3 years.

Just shut your yap, realize that when you talk out of your ass, people will call you on it. Be an adult and admit you have no idea what you are talking about when you are wrong.
