Southerners have tried to drive the blacks, Hispanics, and jews away, but they reproduce too fast. And only the poor Germans aren't white. Hell, too many of them live amonst the Poles when they first came over. Only those who have earned the right (via hard work and money) to live in 'hamlets' and not 'neighborhoods may deemed to be white.
