What stinks for Bush is that he gets to spend the year having everyone critique his record of 4 years in office all the while they may never have to really offer any alternative ideas of how to govern. Kerry says Bush needs to outline how he plans to stabilize the Iraq situation. In the same breath shouldn't he say how he plans to do so as well?
