Typical stupid Africans. The transfer rate of HIV/AIDs from female to male is exponentially lower than male to female. Vaginal fluids don't carry the virus in a concentration anywhere near the concentration of semen or blood.

I won't be cancelling my trip to South Africa this summer in light of this, anyway. I can't catch it twice.
