Well we are gearing up to eat better with the turkey bacon. I could've just said bacon but I didn't eat regular bacon I ate turkey bacong. And the scrapple was that one last hurrah before you engage on your quest to eat better. (Unfortunately it's the one last hurrah that usually sets one up for a downfall down the early road of diethood. Case in point, the Pepperoni bread.) It was damn good though.
I must say my wife, despite being a transplant to the area from Michigan, can really cook up some mean scrapple.
