The point is, it seems that people who adapted to one way cant deal with the other way, and vice vera. I get the same shit from all of my friends, save for one who is happy using both methods. I think this is one of those \"fights\" that will never get resolved.
You hit the nail on the head.
PCs games are ten times better looking then some console could ever hope to be.
However, the console with all of it's problems, has an "equalizer" with everyone using the same basic set up (i.e. same crappy video/controls).
I don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on the best video card, monitor or mouse to kick ass.
I did buy a special controller for SOCOM II that resolves some of the issues with L3/R3 and it does make a difference in playability. All for the better I might add.
In the end it always comes down to each his own.
