Haven't been able to start it for a week. It's fucked me twice, runs perfectly all the time, then once it just "stopped", at a red light in prime rush hour at a major highway access. That was $150 towing charge.
Started right up again at the mechanics, no repairs then ran great for a week and a half again. Then wouldn't start when I attempted to leave work one evening.
Next morning (and a hitch-hike later), started fine, ran like a charm for another week.
Then, in last week's heatwave, wouldn't start all week. Finally had it towed to a mechanic's, who started it up and drove it around all day.
"Sorry, nothing registering on the computer, and it hasn't stalled out at all, come and get it."
I just refused, "keep it till you find out the issue or it's yours". It's been there since Tuesday, and today they called me with a $1500 dollar quote, (before 15% tax), to fix the pile of crap.
If I believed in reincarnation, my vehicle would be the love-sickened boy from a former life that I used for rides and free shit and wouldn't fuck.
Bitter, bitter revenge.
