		I've been doing the treat thing with Shelby.  It seems to be helping...gets her to come inside quicker (except when she's chasing a chipmunk).  Fletcher, I think, is more attention (Good BOY!) motivated than anything else.  He's scared of everything.

		She's Shep/Lab.  All her sisters looked like 100% black lab.  She was the only one who had the shep look.
