"Killer Tongue".

Meteor drops into bank robber girl's soup. Irradiated soup transforms girl into evil half-alien girl in body paint and a 12 foot long talking tongue. Said soup also transforms her pet poodles into drag queens. Killing rampage ensues.

Robert Englund is in this one. So it's got SOME cred.
