A guy robbed a bank in Erie, PA, his weapon was a bomb attached to a collar locked around his neck. He said that someone else put the collar on, and while waiting for the bomb squad, ka boom.
Episode 2 of CSI: Miami told a similar story of a collar bomb. Where's the outcry? Where are the lawsuits against CBS for putting these ideas out there?

Pizza Guy Blown Up In Bank Robbery

A state police spokesman confirmed Friday night that Wells had made a number of statements, including that he had been forced to rob the bank
