Seriously sucks ass. There is no reason to ever edit someone's post. You want to "edit it" and put in a comment, Ok that's fine. But I have had, and I have seen other people's threads and posts changed for no good reason.
And for the zany mod who thinks it would be wacky and ironic to then edit this post, allow me to say: wakka wakka wakka

If part of your statement is referring to <a href=http://board.yourmomsbox.net/viewthread.php?tid=1856 target=new>my editing your post in this thread</a>, it was simply because your post was not contributing in any way, shape, or form, to the thread's nature.
Frankly, very few, if any, of your posts here have been an attempt to contribute to this Board in any positive way, shape, or form.
This Board is not CDIH, and don't think for one second that your constant bitchiness about that fact will make this place suddenly transform into CDIH.
If you don't like this place, don't post here.
Plain and simple.
Of course, the <i>other</i> option would be to delete posts such as yours that are detrimental in some way. Shall we start exercising that option?

I disagree completely. For one, it's not your decision to make what people "might as well" not read, and two, long as it's not detracting from a thread that serves a purpose.
People should be allowed to voice their opinions, even if they're assholes, without being censored.

editting posts, unless they contain info or legal shit that is problematic is really something that should be avoided. FM Jeff, and a few others beleive in editting posts, in self-righteousness and power-issues. I'd heartily recommend avoiding it, b/c it is a can of worms. This is a messageboard, if people start fucking with peoples messages, well, they ain't gonna post. And The Man (galt) and DIG aren't really doing anything they shouldn't.
Just my thought on it.
