the projection scan can't keep up with the image changing so rapidly (due to an unsteady hand or a shaky camera) so it gets a blocky image, instead of a sharper image. It's like if you take a thumbnail picture and try and increase it's size it's all blocky. Make sense?

I asked my wife and she doesn't know. I don't know either and my brother is borrowing it. All she said was that it's an older one that they don't have anymore.
