The list goes on and on....I have this one lady I work with. One night they had a huge fire on a street off the Grand Concourse and she was aksed to give a tower ladder(the one with the bucket) instructions to come into the scene FROM the Concourse and told him to go into the Concourse. When questioned, her answer was "From, to, what's the difference??? And now she has seniority. Scary.
