i'm a certified athletic trainer. i work with athletes. i prevent & rehabilitate injuries. aka the one who runs out onto the field when someone gets hurt during a game. i've been in the field for 7 years. its really interesting & at the same time extremely boring. i want more. so i'm in the process of applying to medical schools where i can become an orthopedic surgeon & better than all of you.

I'm a certified high school teacher, in sociology and economics. But, that's not what I do. I couldn't find a job. Right now, my title is restaurant manager. But, basically when I'm at work, I'm a barista. (I make coffee drinks) It isn't something I'd want to do forever, but for now the money is good and I need to save up to get my masters.

I read that...interesting and informative. The thing that scares me is the no sale/no eat aspect of it. I don't think many of the agencies in NJ give their agents 50% of the commission. I could be wrong though. Even assuming that though, on a $250K house at 6% commission, that would make the agent's share $7500. Which means in order to make just $40K, you'd have to sell over 5 house per year.

Dru's job sounds cool. I'd love to get into something medical that doesn't require a ton of schooling. MRI tech, nuclear medicine tech, something like that. I thought about phlebotomy, but I can't see myself drawing blood.

And Rape, I can't imagine being a high school teacher. Not in this day and age. Your current job is probably much safer.
