First off I'm glad to see that the board is back and still has a lot of the same folks I remember from oa.com. With the boys reportedly coming back, I figured I'd emerge from my cave and start using the porn machine for talking about O&A again.
With the contract ending, and all of this speculation it's safe to say that they'll be back in some regard. With Psycho Mark at FAWKS, Rick working for Clear Channel in Philadelphia, Norton drawing big cash for his appearances, and others doing their own thing, who's likely to return to the stable if the boys come back?
How would a new crew of producers and such affect the show upon their return? Who do you hope keeps their day job, and stays away from anything new?

with the current atmosphere in radio, it is very questionable if O&A are on live on regular radio at all.

The current mood of radio right now BLOWS! Especially after learning about how fake and planned out the whole industry is. Deregulation of media outlets is hands down one of the 5 worst moves by the government in recent years.
Regarding the new anti-indecency regulation passed by the house and currently on deck in the senate. Don't get your panties in a bunch quite yet, a grand total of 7.....yes seven.....Senators support the legislation. Why did the house pass it so quickly? They were too caught up in their Holier than Thou crusade against Media big wigs to turn an ear to the American people. Senators have taken note of the backlash and want nothing to do with it.
I have a cousin who is a staffer for Senator Arlen Spector (R, PA) and the general consensus around the senate is that it won't hit the floor in time to be voted on by this Senate! Either way, I think it's going to be interesting.

I don't even care anymore.
Get back on, or shut the fuck up already.
I won't listen to one more re-run. Perhaps I'll take up Spanish. Dos cerveza por pa vour.

Boy the way Glen Miller played,
songs that made the hit parade,
guys like us we had it made,
those were the days,
and you know where you were then,
girls were girls and men were men,
mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again,
didn't need no welfare states
everybody pulled his weight,
gee our old Lasalle ran great,
those were the days!
