ok from the Port Authority, by Train take S train from Times Square to Grand Central. Go downstairs and get on the 6 train. Take the 6 to 28th Sreet. Walk across 28th till you hit Third avenue and then make a right turn down 3rd avenue, walk down to the bar.

If you mean you're coming in by bus to the PA, then your best bet would be to go into the subway:

Once underground, you'll basically be walking to Times Square. Take the shuttle train (the letter <b>S</b> in a gray circle) over to Grand Central, then <a href=http://www.mta.nyc.ny.us/nyct/maps/submap.htm target=new>switch to the <b><u>6</u></b> line headed <b>downtown</b>, take the train two stops and get off at 28th Street</a>.

By the way, don't think about using this method in reverse. Grand Central and the shuttle line both shut down early (like around midnight - 1 am). So plan accordingly if you intend to stay late.
