sixpack - why would you want to be one the people running the asylum when you can be one of the nutjobs throwing shit around the walls and watching them clean it up..... but if you must, I'd say take the approach of being the new kid in school being bullied. Go for the meanest, ugliest one and let the others learn their lesson from it.
