Man, Marvel really is going to run the "movies based on comic books really can work" theory right into the fucking ground. Looks like we're going to be innudated without stuff until it completely bombs out.

It's too bad, they really have something with the Xmen and Spiderman series.

Is Travolta gonna play a bad guy or is he actually going to replace thie Thomas Jane as the Punisher?? Travolta is actually a pretty good bad guy. Daredevil was no spectacular and The Hulk I got bad vibes about.

Actually, Cage is comicbook-to-movie Kryptonite...literally. He was supposed to be the next Superman. Started filming and everything a few years back. Then it got shit-canned.

I think Travolta would be AWFUL, whether as a villian or as the Punisher himself. If he's the villian, who's it gonna be - Jigsaw? Bullseye? Ugh.

Arnold might have played a good Punisher in his heyday, if they voiced him over. In an ideal world it would have been made when Clint Eastwood was in his prime - THAT would have been something. He coulda beefed up a bit for the build, but between demenor and killing factor he beats em all.

Yup, that's the pic I saw before, and I stand by my opinion that he looks too scrawny.

I'm not saying they need to find another Lundgren body-type, but for God's sake get someone with some muscles, or tell Jane to beef up a little.
