I went out tonight with the GF and some friends and luckily I got to choose where we would eat. I wanted Mexican. We went to a place called Sergeant Garcias' on Austin Street in Forest Hills. That's Queens for those of you who don't know. Folks, avoid this place. The food was AWFUL!!! They call their Chili three alarm chili, folks this was barely a second alarm. Maybe in FDNY terms All Hands with an additional engine and ladder(not too hot, one step below a second alarm for those of you keeping score at home). The chicken had no flavor to it and was really tough. The rice was dry, and 7 bucks for a pitcher of Pepsi?? My friends, Taco bell is much better than this.

DUDE .......You were on Austin St., looking for mexican food and you didnt go to 5 Burros ??? That place has really really good food and the drinks there are really strong. Highly recomended if you already havent been there.

The "chicken" was really cat. How about you let your GF pick what restaurant she wants to go too?
